"Live" commentating the Poinsettia Bowl
Because no one asked for it, I'll be talking about the game for the rest of the night, just for no other reason than because I can. The comments will be in the, well, comments.
Slightly late - NIU has already punted because they went backwards on their first drive and TCU returned the ball to the NIU 25 (not that it was a good kick).
Apparently #78 for TCU is know as "Highway 78"...and as I type this TCU has already scored. Lou is telling NIU faithful to, well, "keep this faith". Between this and Lou Holtz this may be a long game....
Well, NIU managed to block the extra point. 6-0 Horned Frogs as we go to commercial.
This game just isn't going that well. Wolfe is getting stuffed repeatedly - TCU is just too big and fast for NIU.
Lou has suggested NIU's line needs to start holding. It's hard to disagree. NIU just tried a reverse, but it failed miserably. They may not have 10 yards offense.
!!!!!!!!
I think NIU just tripled their offensive yards on their first 1st down of the night. Nice pass to a wide open guy over the middle. I'm jealous.
Watch out blanco nino...NIU's QB just keeps getting owned. NIU's line has some major issues with this defensive line. The QB is still down, and this guy is their back up. Looks like we're about to get the 3rd stringer.

Just a quick note - who cares where he bought your damn ring? Personally, I'd be insulted if he got at a mall jewelry store, but maybe that's just me.
That Jared commercial is just weird.
NIU just isn't getting anything on their kick returns.
NIU makes their first positive gain as Wolfe makes something out of a nothing screen pass.
A simple handoff to Wolfe results in a 6 yard loss - he finally gets some more positive yards on a draw, but it's time for another NIU punt.

Rece Davis just say Lou had "eagle eyes". Oh my.
Well, Blogger crapped out on me there for a bit. But NIU is punting again and TCU has scored again. This is gonna be a long night.
NIU gets off a good punt for once, but TCU returns it past their own 30 for decent field position.

This is just not going well. Mercifully, we're almost to the half.
TCU just scored again. About to be 30-0. This is a bloodbath. Garret Wolfe is a total non-factor. I'll keep watching, but I'm giving up on this.
